With a career spanning over two decades, releasing on big hitters such as Balance, Renaissance, Bedrock, his own imprint Hope Recordings and with an astonishing eight albums released for 'Global Underground', Warren's success and talent can only speak for itself. His reputation is recognized globally, with a defining percussive sound that takes over every DJ booth that he graces. Making his debut on Soulfooled with 'Alta', Warren delivers yet another sonic masterpiece - another sure-fire reminder that his success is certainly warranted.
In the title track, the carefully crafted keys and melodies of 'Alta' deliver a beautifully composed ascent throughout, accompanied by the distort- ed snares that provide a darker undertone for the listener.
'Golden Cap' offers a deeper, more atmospheric production to the release. The driving percussion
contributes far more than just to any time keeping, as it reflects and elevates the native sounds that Warren is so accustomed to.
