Joe started playing guitar when he was 18 years old. His first influences on guitar were Eric Clapton and Neil Schon and later Carlos Santana, Joe Satriani and Steve Vai. Joe was also heavily influenced by the music of the 70's and singer songwriters and bands such as: Bob Seger, Jackson Browne, The Eagles and America as well as the Funky R&B stuff fom the 70's, bands like The Spinners, The Ohio Players, and KC & The Sunshine Band.

Joe started recording original guitar music almost as soon as he learned how to play. He has slowly evolved and has now finally started to reach an audience of instrumental music
