Chapter 1. The Birth and The Event

Project: N/M, originally termed Project: Living Shadow, was a secret government experiment to create highly intelligent living oragnisms that thrive in the shadows with the capability of blending among the unknown using the most advanced technology the earth has ever seen. The project was focused on creating changelings using the principle that art imitates life and life imitates art.
Equipped with the ability to learn to communicate using these tools they have been able to create their own language. This highly advanced idiom is expressed through facts, history, art, humor, violence, synchronized tones, mathematical sequencing and empathy.
