Pole Position Recordings proudly presents the Pete Herbert remixes of 'Take Me'.

We are absolutely delighted to welcome back UK Disco don Pete Herbert for a third time on our label, this time to sprinkle his Disco magic all over Aimes' 'Take Me'.

'Take Me' was originally the lead track on Aimes' recent 'Navigue EP'. It now gets not just one, or even two but 3 new mixes by Pete Herbert. Pete's opening remix has the Pete Herbert stamp all over it - punchy beats, funky bass line, catchy keys and a fantastic arrangement, keeping the core essence of the original whilst manipulating Javi's killer vocals with some cosmic effects. Next up is Pete's 'Disko Dub', stripping things back slightly and reworking the bass line to give it much more of an Italo Disco feel. The release is rounded off perfectly with an instrumental version for those that don't do the vocal thing.
