If you cats are not aware, June in Las Vegas is hotter than a pot of curry. Well let me tell you our latest release from Soulsupplements newest team member Rich Martinez isn't doing anything to help bring down the temperature because its hot baby! Three tracks of no nonsense house music.

We jump right in with the original mix of Better Things In Life and this one has some real slash. Rich lays in a really well thought out rhythm section that gives the track not only its foundation but also creates the perfect amount of movement. Building off that he drops in a grounding bass line that centers the entire track quite nicely. Vocals runs are then added in just the right amounts as well as some really nice keys bits that fill out the track perfectly.

Evolve is next and its all about the 808 on this one...dont tell anyone but this one is a favorite around the Soulsupplement compound. Rhythm that will have you reminiscing back to back in the day and a vocal that has an Electric Boogaloo vibe, which we love. All in all this cut is reserved only for those that have true rickishness credibility. If you dont know what rickishness is then you dont have it.

Time to let yourself go with Richs original mix of Let Yourself Free. Once again vintage drum machines are the order of the day along with a bass line that in our opinion is the best of the Ephands down. Now Rich doesn't stop there.he adds vocals that at first listen you might dismiss but it doesn't take long if youre listening to hear the complexity in which he has meticulously arranged them. Really nicely done.
