The title of my 2014 offering of original compositions and arrangements - Still On The Line - is taken from the last line of the last tune on this recording, Wichita Lineman (the one vocal track included). After 4 operations over 5 years, the last being hand surgery on New Year's Eve 2013, it's not necessarily a given that I can keep making music for a living. But I am still here, still making music - still on the line, so to speak!

The instrumentation is mostly solo harp guitar here (Sir Gregory Goes To Genoa Towne, Allison's Wedding, Gabriel's Wedding, Veteran's Day, The Black Gunners, Nancy B, and Saint Susan). The remainder of the tunes are for solo guitar (Vika's Tune, Maple Leaf Rag, Tommy & Clara Got Married and Remember). And there's one tune with a kind of classic Chet Atkins fingerpicked electric sound (Uncle Don Enters The Ring).
