I\'ve always loved pulling out my old Alvarez and strumming through James Taylor and David Wilcox tunes. There\'s just something soothing to my soul about a single melody and the ease of the acoustic guitar. I am, however, a child of the 80\'s and early 90\'s when heavy metal ruled my CD player. The screams of the Ibanez and Charvel guitars have faded a good bit since high school, but the love of turning things up hasn\'t!

This CD has brought together songs written for both that soul-searching-acoustic-strumming time on the back porch and that turn-up-the-amps time. The players on this disc are all good friends and top flight players who generously lent their ear and vision to my tunes.
