When I was about 16 years old I began traveling the world as track and field athlete. I represented Jamaica, and later in my life Bahrain. I was always interested in the cultures, and music of the various countries that I had traversed. During my travels, I realized quickly that music was the common denominator among all the peoples of the world. It is used in celebrations, to tell stories, motivate, relieves stress, and to teach among other things.

In the summer of 2011, I had began to teach myself the guitar and along with this new found skill came the art of song writing. Needless to say my experience of traveling the world, and partaking in these cultures greatly impacted the type of music that I was able to write. My music is a tiny reflection of my diverse background and seeks to illustrate various life experiences in a Caribbean, rhythmic, poetic fashion.
