A product of Lubbock Texas, Logan Taylor & The Thunderbirds are a Texas Alt-Country group with roots in Americana, Blues, Folk-Rock, Country, and Bluegrass. The band was formed over 2 years ago, and have been paying their dues, playing every gig possible to gear up to promote their debut self-titled CD. Songwriter Logan Taylor has been saturated in rock n roll and country music for as long as he can remember. He recalls laying up in bed as a youngster while his room vibrated from the overdriven amplifiers and heart beat kick drum, coming from his father's classic rock band in the shop. Taylor cut his teeth playing singer songwriter nights in the Honkey Tonks of Clovis NM. Later meeting up with band mates at South Plains College for music, they are constantly evolving their sound and perfecting their instruments.

Now promoting their Sophomore album "Running from Love & Gamblin' Fees, the Thunderbirds definitely have something to be proud of. They took an honest approach to the recording process and chose songs that best illustrates their spin on the Alt-Country music scene. Filled with rockin guitar solos and rhythmic banjos and fiddles, this truckin album can take you up and drop you down like a long roller coaster ride.
